"Professional" is the best word to describe Aaron Dickinson, the Minnesota real estate agent who operates www.twincitiesrealestateblog.com.  Not only is he an active real estate agent, he's been named a Real Estate Super Agent by several local business trades on at least three occasions, and he's on the Board of Directors of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS.  In addition to his blog, he operates a personal website, www.aaronsold.com, as part of his real estate business.  Who better to blog about real estate news and market conditions in the Twin Cities, MN, area?

Aaron covers everything, and he covers it well.  Recent posts include an analysis of the area's decreased year-over-year home sales, predictions for the future of the housing market, and a report that Kevin Costner plans to clean up some of Minnesota's lakes.  Interesting.

The blog features frequent use of charts and graphs and other visual analytical data, such as housing forecasts, new listing reports and active listing reports, home sale rates, and more.  All posts are categorized under "Info for Buyers" or "Info for Sellers," making your business with Aaron easy to navigate depending on your needs.  Aaron also provides a great deal of information regarding foreclosures and short sales and current market statistics.

Aaron's focus is on providing advice and disseminating information to readers, and in this regard his blog is top notch.  We haven't found a Minnesota real estate blog that covers the local market as thoroughly as he does.  You'll find information on home prices, mortgage rates, local news, and more.  Check out what she has to say at www.twincitiesrealestateblog.com.
