The Lipply real estate team operates in and around the Tampa area of Florida.  They also operate a blog that covers topics related to real estate in the local marketplace.  This blog is how we found them.  And we're very glad we did.

The Lipply's blog is packed with relevant information that any potential homebuyer or current homeowner in the Tampa area needs to know.  Information on new subdivisions, home sales reports, and current mortgage rates can all be found here.  Their most recent post outlines the steps involved with military housing.  This is professional, "insider" information that is hard to find in such a condensed yet comprehensive form elsewhere on the internet.

The Lipply team also provides information on local communities.  They have an entire post dedicated to the joys of fishing in the streams and along the local coastline.  They also make the point that "Florida is a happy place" in another post.  This team of real estate agents aren't interested just in making sales.  They are advocates for their community.

And everything they write, they write with heart.  One post begins with the title, "It's Not About the Money - It's About Happy Customers."  How often do you hear that in the real estate industry?  I've explored a number of sites as part of my work, and I can tell you.  Never.  You almost never hear that sentiment voiced in the real estate community.  It's like a breath of fresh air to hear it from the Lipply team.
