Danny Nappi is a Realtor in the Tampa area of FL and has been for years.  He operates a blog that covers the local real estate market, and on the surface, his blog may seem like many other professional blogs in the area.  It's clean, easy to navigate, and packed with useful information.  But Danny's blog stands out for several reasons.

In Danny's "About" section, he writes, "I love technology and provide my clients with all the latest real estate tools, gadgets, news, and information to help make their real estate experience a pleasant one."  This is an understatement.  Danny's blog features one of the most impressive and detailed property search tools we've seen.  It's a visually guided tool with an interactive map, and it's highly usable.  Targeted market statistics, integrated property photos, and the ability to refine your search with incredible filters such as "air conditioning" and "family room" are just a few of the highlights this search form offers.  We can't say more about it except that you should check it out.

Danny writes about a number of topics relevant to home buying and the real estate industry in general, such as things to consider when buying a foreclosure, whether it's better to own a home or to rent, and other real estate advice.  He shows a genuine interest in the real estate available in the area, and he makes his blog available to visitors as a resource for real estate information.  You'll find local news, properties for sale, school district maps, and other data.

If you're interested in purchasing a home in the Tampa area of Florida, Danny Nappi provides an array of useful resources.  We were impressed with the details and the depth of the data he offers.  CHeck out his blog at tampafloridarealestateblog.com.
