Lance Mohr is a real estate professional who lives and works in the Tampa area of Florida.  He works alongside his wife, Natasha, and together they run a blog that covers topics relevant to the Tampa real estate market.  Their blog is the central hub of their website, and it's one of the most informative and professional blogs we've seen.  We mean it.  Think of a topic related to real estate, and this team has probably covered it, and covered it in depth.

Lance and Natasha clearly take their roles as local experts in the real estate industry seriously.  They approach every topic they cover with intelligence, solid writing skills, and even research when called for.  They report on home statistics, mortgage trends, investment tips, interest rates, local property taxes, how to increase the value of your home through renovations, and which communities in the Tampa area are best to live in.  The scope of their work is extensive.  They've populated their site with a vast amount of information on all of these topics and more.

In one post, for example, Lance discusses whether or not it's a wise idea to purchase a condo in the Tampa area.  He goes into extraordinary depth and offers insight unique to his professional experience in the area.  He explains the steps for getting a mortgage when buying a condo and the neighborhoods in Tampa where condos are and aren't worth buying.  Posts such as this one provide interested homebuyers valuable information and help them make educated decisions.

This is the quality and style Lance and Natasha deliver in their blog, and it's well worth checking out.  If you want to explore what they have to say, visit their blog at tampa2enjoy.com/blog.  You can navigate through the different posts by selecting a Category from the sidebar on the right.
