Endless market reports, accurate statistics, and thoughtful analysis.  This describes the majority of what Alex Wang, founder and Broker of Rainmaker Properties in the Silicon Valley area of California, provides the readers of his blog.  Picture these resources delivered with consistent wit and style alongside a full, city-by-city real estate analysis of the entire Bay Area, and you've got a grasp on the wide range of useful content Alex offers on his site.

The most striking feature of Alex's blog is a section he has titled "Neighborhood Notes."  In this section, he provides insight and information related to different neighborhoods in each of the Silicon Valley's most prominent cities.  His insights are not surface-level reflections, however, but full explorations of all strengths and weaknesses related to the area.  This includes everything from recent neighborhood home sales to school district boundaries and HOA costs.  If you're interested in buying a home in Silicon Valley, start your research here.

Aside from these gems, Alex continuously provides expert advice and content to his readers in the form of short, informative articles.  His most recent post at the time of this review discussed ten techniques agents can use to sell homes at higher prices.  You won't find such a wide selection of comprehensive information like elsewhere on the internet.
