The Sacramento-Home blog is a resource for potential homebuyers and current residents in the Sacramento, CA, area.  It is operated by local Realtors John Lockwood and Purva Brown.  We haven't seen any better blogs on the Sacramento real estate industry.  If you want to know what's what with real estate in Sacramento, whether you're looking for home prices, market reports, or economic predictions, the Sacramento-Home blog is a place you should definitely check out.

The biggest value of the blog comes from the market updates that are published on a monthly basis.  Each update covers all a single city or county in the Sacramento area and includes real estate transaction numbers, percentages, home sale numbers, and other market statistics.  Cities include Folsom, Elk Grove, and Sacramento itself, among others, while counties such as El Dorado County are analyzed in depth as well.
