Vincent Bindi is a real estate broker in Orange County, CA.  He runs a blog that provides detailed information relevant to the Southern California real estate market.  There are numerous blogs on this subject, but Vincent's blog stands out from the rest for several reasons.

Where Vincent excels most prominently is with macroeconomic analysis, especially relating to mortgage rates and bank activities.  Many of their posts deal with the overall state of the economy.  Others cover recent bank mergers or acquisitions.  His posts make frequent use of charts and graphs and other visual data.

Another thing that sets Vincent apart is his focus on providing comprehensive market data on a local scale.  He provides frequent market reports on a city-by-city basis in the Orange County area.  These reports cover everything from short sale numbers to available condos.  Talk about useful.  If you want to check out real estate in Orange County, CA, start with these reports.

The blog includes a dynamic database of bank-owned homes available for sale.  This is an extremely useful resource for homebuyers or investors who want to find the best deals available on the market.

Vincent also provides a listing of all cities in the Orange County area, all 32 of them, with detailed market statistics for each.  I've never seen a more comprehensive guide to the Orange County real estate stats.  You'll have to sign in through a third party reporting vendor to access the data, but it's there, and it's valuable.

I was impressed by Vincent's blog, and if you're interested in learning about current real estate market conditions in Southern California, you'll be impressed as well.  You'll find information on home prices, mortgage rates, local news, and more.  Check out Vincent's blog at www.ocrealestateblog.com.
