Kathy Torline is a real estate professional who lives and works in the Colorado Springs area of Colorado.  She operates a blog that covers the local real estate marketplace and discusses the benefits of the Colorado Springs community.  At first, you may think this is just another real estate blog.  But after a moment on Kathy's site, you'll find she has gone above and beyond both in her community focus and the sheer variety of information she provides.

Kathy's blog is probably one of the most informative and comprehensive blogs we've seen, ever.  She writes about the real estate industry, but she brings up details that few other real estate professionals delve into.  She provides thorough market statistics and local industry news, including homes sold, pricing reports, months of inventory on market, and other data.  She displays this information in easy-to-read graphs and charts.  But Kathy doesn't stop there.

She posts original articles discussing topics she has encountered in her own experience as a real estate professional.  One post covers the subject of title insurance, both what it is and why it's needed.  Another post outlines six ways your home can make you sick.  Ever read an article like this before?  Probably not.  This is highly important, relevant information that you won't find elsewhere.

Kathy also introduces potential homeowners to the Colorado Springs area.  One recent post showed a collection of photos of homes around Colorado Springs with interesting Halloween decorations.

The number and depth of posts and articles such as these testifies to Kathy's expertise and abilities.  We give her blog five stars for its thoroughness and detail.
