Karen Rhodes is a real estate broker who lives and works in the Chattanooga area of Tennessee. She writes and updates a blog that covers the local real estate market.
Karen writes extensively of the local area and the benefits of living in Chattanooga. She loves the city and does everything she can to keep local residents and homebuyers aware of events and news from the community. One recent post, for example, advised local boaters that the river locks on the nearby Tennessee River will be closed for several weeks. Another post includes a list of ten things to do for fun in the area. Karen provides access to this kind of information on a regular basis, and it is information that only an alert regional resident would have access to.
Karen demonstrates her expertise in more ways than this, however. She provides frequent, detailed real estate market updates, usually as often as twice a month. She incorporates visual graphs and charts into many of these updates and provides analysis of the statistics. She covers everything from home sales volume to the average price of listings, and compare multiple years and months as well. These updates are a valuable resource for anyone interested in Chattanooga real estate.
In other posts, she provides information about mortgage rates and offers advice to homebuyers. She writes about FHA guidelines and covered the government tax credits when they were active. All of this is highly useful and demonstrates Karen's desire to help and educate her readers and her clients.
Karen truly cares about her community. She does everything from pointing her readers toward information about good local summer camps to reminding everyone of Daylight Saving Time. This, more than anything else, is the element that makes her blog stand out from others. You can tell she has a heart for the people she lives and works with. We give her blog five stars as a result.
