Mortgage options for 10 down and with no mortgage insurance. I am not VA qualified. 726 fico and first time buyer with stable income.
I bought my home at a 4.1% interest and wish to lower it. Doesn't Welcome Home only penalize if you sell within 2 years?

the condo is paid off so can i still get the equity from it?
