Assuming you meet the other requirements by the Lender, yes you should be able to purchase a 2nd home with a minimum down payment and receive the lowest of rates.

If the credit score was the only thing the lender looked at then yes.. you would be ok.. we all know it isn't.. in fact, I've had borrowers with 750 credit scores get denied because of a credit deficiency... this all being said, so long as you meet all eligibility requirements, and have a minimum of 10% down, you can do it.. Based on your credit score, you should be able to qualify. However, there are a number of other factors that your lender will take into consideration when determining if you are eligible. Contact a lender directly to get a more accurate answer.
