no idea what company that is, but expect if one company can do it others will be able to as well and there will be responses offering that option. Best wishes.

Not sure who is advertising it, but if it is legitimate anyone who does a reverse mortgage will be able to do it.

Reverse mortgages are available everywhere, and purchasing a home with a reverse mortgage is possible. Simply contact the local lender down the street. You don't need whoever that company doing the advertising to get the same loan.

Contact a local Reverse Mortgage Lender. They should be able to answer all your questions.

Start with contacting some reverse mortgage lenders in your area. They will likely be able to offer the same program as well.

If one lender can do it, they all can do it.. but If your looking for a reverse mortgage, your better off using someone local, and someone who specializes in RM.. not someone who does one or two a year..
