Refinancing a land loan

I'm surprised you actually found anyone in 2009 to do a land loan... those types of loan products have all but disappeared... try contacting someone local... bank, credit union, mortgage broker.. I would suggest a local credit union or smaller bank in the area. They are the best sources for these types of loans.

Try Normandy, they may do the loan.

William and others have the best suggestion to contact a local credit union or smaller local based bank, they are the most likely to be able to help you. FYI, it may be difficult to find a lender who will do this unless it is part of a loan to build a home on the property.
