You can create your own appraisal roster. Compliance with all regulations is assured, including HVCC, RESPA, HUD and the new Consumer Protection Act. Requests for revisions are handled with same day delivery guaranteed. Collateral risk review 1-10 reports. Joint venture opportunities are available.Turn Times. Liberty One takes pride in delivering high quality, accurate, on-time appraisal services. The key is communication! When we receive an appraisal order, the appraiser conducting the appraisal will immediately contact the homeowner or business owner to confirm their availability and schedule an inspection. We then contact the borrower and the appraiser to coordinate the schedule that works for the borrower - the result: an accurate, on-time appraisal! Once the property has been inspected, the appraiser will immediately research and verify all comparable data and write a credible report. Our appraisers submit their appraisal report between 24 - 48 hours after the inspection. Total average turn time, 6 to 7 days from the date we receive the order. Liberty One achieves rapid turn time because we monitor our appraisers' workload to ensure that your appraisal will be given prompt attention. If the appraiser runs into a situation of complex or rural properties, you will be notified immediately, and you will be updated daily until the files are completed.

We look forward to working with you!
