I bought a 2.1 acre lot of land in a new residential development in Dallas, Pennsylvania in August 2009. Most of the lots have been sold but many are still undeveloped. I am interested in refinance my land loan. Do you provide this service or do can you refer me to a company that does provide this service? Thank you,JGK by jkegel from Dallas, Pennsylvania. I'm surprised you actually found anyone in 2009 to do a land loan... those types of loan products have all but disappeared... try contacting someone local... bank, credit union, mortgage broker.. Good luck though.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
I would suggest a local credit union or smaller bank in the area. They are the best sources for these types of loans.
Try Normandy, they may do the loan.
You may want to try Associates Bank. They do lot loans and you can reach them at 866-536-3222. I dont know if they will do it in your area but it may be bworth a phone call. Happy New Year. Kevin PrinceSVP Liberty One Appraisal Leadership858-926-8903
William and others have the best suggestion to contact a local credit union or smaller local based bank, they are the most likely to be able to help you. FYI, it may be difficult to find a lender who will do this unless it is part of a loan to build a home on the property.
Would you consider refinancing the land and the construction of a new home at the same time?
