That shouldn't be a problem as long as his income can be documented to meet requirements.

I am wholeheartedly in agreement with Phil Dumochel that you should be able to do so, particularly with rates hitting the low for the year. I do V A loans and participate in S F Veterans Lions activities and S. F. Amvets. Contact me if you need assistance or just quotes.

You should be able to refinance without a problem, assuming you are able to provide documentation of his income and meet other qualification requirements. We are a California-based lender. Feel free to contact us to go over your current situation in detail and get a free, no obligation refinance quote.

As long as he has USA income reported, you should be fine.

This should not be a problem.. especially if your husband is in the US military. If he is working outside of the US government, then it can be a challenge since to use his income for qualifying, the lender would need to be able to verify it, and for most lenders, they wont take the time or effort to verify foreign income sources.. (typically all the documentation is in a foreign language, and it doesn't show all the required fields to qualify for a legitimate/acceptable proof of income source). If you can qualify without his income, then it's very easy to do.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
