I have a VA Loan in Fairfaix, VA moving to Chesapeake Va and will like to purchase another home. If we have our house rented out can we get another Va loan in the Chesapeake.

So am I right in that there is no more need for an FHA loan if now there is a loan available at 3%? WHo would go for FHA and 3.5% if there is 3% loan available. AM i missing something?
