Large federally chartered banks and credit unions can be your best source for small loans below $50,000.

More info needed.. Every lender has a minimum when it comes to mortgages.. for some lenders it's $50K, while others are $75K, and some are as high as $100K.. The reason being is that current laws limit how much the lender can charge to originate a loan.. for smaller loans, It's just not profitable enough for most lenders.. this is why Larry suggested you contacts a local charter bank or credit union.. for them, even a small loans are ok if they can get your other banking services.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347
