Great mortgage broker!!!! Highly recommend Josh Lund!
I've had the pleasure of having Josh Lund as my mortgage broker for over 7 years. I was going through a complicated divorce that involved selling my 2 properties and then purchasing a new home. Josh helped walk me through what I needed to do to with my other properties and helped me with my loan to purchase my new home.Josh has always been there for me, whenever I've had even the smallest question regarding mortgages, finance and real estate. He's one of the busiest people I know, but he always made time for me. When I found my new home, I was ecstatic because I knew how much I could afford and was really comfortable putting an offer down. This is because of all the work and time Josh spent explaining things to me. We were able to close quickly and it was the easiest financial transaction I've ever been involved in, which says a lot because I've owned real estate for the past 22 years.Because I was so impressed with Josh, I referred him to my sister, family members, friends and co-workers. He's done the same for them as he did for me. The biggest compliment I can give him is trusting Josh to take care of my friends and family. He's extremely knowledgable and ethical and treats you like you're part of his family. Couldn't say enough about my experience with him. Great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone!!

Amazing experience
I searched google for a loan officer in the metro area and came across Josh Lund's professional page. Right from the gates Josh was great to work with. He was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The transaction was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I have already sent him multiple referrals!
