FHA Streamline Refinance would allow you to avoid an Appraisal, but the rates and pricing depend on your credit score. The mortgage payment history must show no late payments in the last 12 months. The Condo Association may need to provide an updated budget or other financial documents if the association is no longer on the Active Approved List. I am happy to investigate the options with you offline, so feel free to reach out. We are a federally chartered bank providing financing in all 50 States.

Yes, But it all depends on which type of loan product you have now... If it's FHA, you can do a streamline with no appraisal.. if it's VA, you can do an IRRRL with no appraisal, if it's a conventional loan initiated prior to May 2009, and your loan is owned by Freddie or Fannie, then you can use HARP 2.0 and an appraisal is waived in most cases.. if you're not sure which type of product you have, you can contact a local mortgage broker and let him look at your particular scenario... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

If you currently have an FHA loan and your condo is still approved by the FHA, then you should definitely contact a local lender and inquire about the FHA Streamline.

Be careful, if your current loan is an FHA, then you can do a streamline without an appraisal only if the condo is still FHA approved. Many condo projects have lost the FHA approval. Good Luck!

YES, the FHA streamline loan offers a no appraisal option that should work well. Sit down with a local non-bank FHA lender for more assistance. For home in MN or Wi, visit www.FHA-Streamline-Refinance-MN.com
