Is it possible to use non occupying co borrowers income to qualify for FHA loan?

Yes.. FHA allows for non occupying co borrowers, but along with their income consideration, their debt will also be included.. so long as there's enough income, he should be able to help you.. YES... FHA knowingly allows someone to sign, and be on the loan when they will not be actually occupying the home. A "co-signor" is allowed. In MN and WI, visit www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.net
