No, you do not, but there may be other options. Contact me and I'd be happy to assist you.
No.. Your loan must have been sold to Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac prior to May 31, 2009. However, if your loan is FHA, VA or USDA, you don't need HARP to refinance, since these products have built in features which allow you to do a "rate and term" refinance, where no appraisal would be necessary.. if however your loan is a Fannie/Freddie loan, then it's unlikely HARP 3 would help, since all the refinance programs have had a target date of May 31, 2009. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. Sorry, no. June 1st 2009 is the cut off date.
Not on Harp 2, maybe 3 if it actually comes out, but both of these are for conventional loans. If you have an FHA, VA, or USDA loan you can streamline your loan.
Sorry no.
No. As indicated in the thread, Fannie needed to have purchased your loan before June 1 2009
please reach out to me at yourloanpartnerforlife.live.com i might have a solution for you. linda
Unfortunately you must of purchased your home prior to June 1st, 2009 in order to qualify for the HARP refinance program.
Although you do not qualify for the HARP program, there are other options for you. I have refinanced many of my "upside down" borrowers into other loan programs. Give me a call, so we can discuss.Linda
