Best way is to contact the Home Owners Association directly. If you can't find that info, contact a Realtor that can contact them for you.

You can also check the internet for other Listings of homes for sale in that same neighborhood to see what they list as the HOA Fee.

You could also try looking up an address or two online through Trulia or Zillow, or if you know for a house for sale. The listings might show the fees.

All of the above AND what I suggest you do is contact a Couple of homeowners in the project and ask them what their thoughts are of the HOA managment.

The best way is to find out who the Board of Directors are for the Homeowner's Association. If you are buying a new home in the area, the realtor should have some insight on who this might be to assist you on such. If you cannot find out from those sources, you certainly can contact your lawyer who is handling the transaction and he/she will be able to assist you.

Call the home owners association or the management company the association has delegated. They can confirm this with you. While you are on the phone with them, inquire about any pending increases or levies to cover larger community repairs. This could help avoid a surprise later down the road.

Simply Contact the HOA president. Different homes may vary in dues because of size, amenities, parking, etc.
