Most likely yes. I am in the bay area as well and you can call me at (415) 843-0142. The big deal is that you are making money here in the states and you have established credit. hans@fpfmail.com - Hans Bruhner

Do you have a stable income and a good credit score? If so, you should probably be able to obtain a mortgage in the U.S. Contact a mortgage professional that is licensed in California and that can go over you financial profile with you to determine if you qualify. We are licensed in California if you would like to talk in more detail - 858-605-0952.

There is a good possibility for that, given that you have two years work history, and have a TIN or SS#. I would suggest contacting my associate office in San Francisco at :415-820-4548.

Generally speaking - yes... anyone legally in the United States on a work visa is OK. There are rules depending on what status you are, how long the visa is good for, and if it can be renewed. Contact a local mortgage broker for more information.

Yes it's possible.. but more info would be needed.. how long have you been here and how long do you have left on your visa? Can your visa be renewed? Do you have a social security number or a TIN? Have you established a credit history here in the US? In general, conforming guidelines to allow for folks here in the US legally to obtain a mortgage.. whether you qualify or not could only be answered by someone who has seen your complete scenario. The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Do not use the local "Big" bank, or one of those 50 states internet lenders or nationwide lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Yes it is entirely possible. However, underwriters will look at if your Visa is renewable. Additionally you will probably need a SS # or TIN #. There needs to be an established credit history as well. Minimum 3 tradelines generally. Please contact one of the lenders in CA to see if you qualify. I would gladly assist you in that. 949-529-5521 David Sanders. Thank you.
