They are not on the list, but that doesn't mean they won't get approved.. a condo questioner will be required, and if the condo project meets the eligibility guidelines, they will approve it.. here is FNMA's link to the approved list https://www.efanniemae.com/sf/refmaterials/approvedprojects/index.jsp If you're working with a realtor, they should be able to tell you if this project has been approved in the past and whether it's approved still..I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

hi: Give me a call to discuss so I can research on it exactly. I have investors that will also lend on non warrantable condos if worse case.Mike (703 505 5300) NMLS 754875

condos suck so bad with fha. you also have to worry if the association is in a law suit. My company doesn't have a probelm with that but still condo's are a nightmare. please be nice to your LO. My company is licensed in PA as Omega Funding Capital. If you get stuck have your LO call us we love educating people even if it means no deal.

A condo questioner will be required and they could possibly get approved and we have lenders that will lend on non warrantable condos if it doesn't qualify. If you want to discuss call 201-962-3555. Michelle
