Refi on log home

After 4 attempts trying to refi our log home we were about to give up. The main problem seemed to be comps. Interbank and BoA are clueless when it comes to log homes.I came upon this site and posted my ordeal and Barb answered right away. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I would highly recommend Barb Lanis. We had been trying to refinance our underwater mortgage (we bought in 2008) for two years. No one would help us, even with the HARP program because we had lender-paid PMI. When I found Barb and she told me she could do it, I was a little skeptical at first. But we closed last week and and we are very happy. Barb was incredibly helpful and professional. The best Mortgage Broker I know

I would like to share an important resource with you for your mortgage needs. I know Barb as a friend and as a business professional. When my husband and I were looking to refinance, we naturally went back to our previous lander. I knew that if I will do my homework I will be able to obtain a better rate.
