<span style="font-family: Baskervville, Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 18px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">With nearly twenty years in the Mortgage and Real Estate industries, I have a wide range of industry experience from home sales on the Realtor side, as well as new build, purchase and refinance transactions on the Lender side. My industry training has consisted of Real Estate education from Jones College and basic Mortgage Licensing requirements, in addition to closing several transactions resulting in the ability to determine how a mortgage can be structured when others lenders may say no. Being individually licensed in 23 states, I am constantly keeping myself up to date not only with the annual continuing education for licensing in my field, but also by discussing new industry changes on a weekly basis with our underwriters so that I can be aware of any upcoming changes which may allow my customers a benefit beyond working with some other lending institutions. I pride myself on product and guideline knowledge which compliments working for a company which has no overlays to the master servicer guides. Nobody wants a mortgage, but most need one to purchase a home, and I enjoy the challenge of finding the best options for families in pursuit of their home.</span>
