Norada Real Estate Investing Blog Review

By Sari R. Updated on 10/14/2013

The Norada Real Estate Investing Blog is an excellent resource for anyone who is looking into future real estate investments, and for those who have already invested and are looking for information on how to maintain these investments.  On average, the blog is updated weekly with compelling and relevant information for real estate investors.  The four-year-old blog certainly packs a punch with all of its articles and switches up between information such as “How to Handle Bad Tenants” to pop culture investment references such as “Why are Billionaires Buffet and Trump Bullish on Real Estate Right Now?

Not only does the blog provide pertinent information that those who are interested in real estate investing should know, but it also takes a refreshing approach by acknowledging humanity’s fear of failure amidst the goal of making investments.  One March 2012 article, “The Law of Now” makes a compelling argument for the value of learned lessons and mistakes despite the outcome of the real estate investment.  The Norada Real Estate Investing Blog paints a realistic picture regarding the latest happenings of real estate investing and lets readers connect to the posts as a result of them being concise and straightforward.

Each year, Norada Real Estate Investments publishes a report of that year’s housing forecast and makes it available for blog readers to grab as a freebie.  The Norada Real Estate Investing Blog also hosts economic forecasts for the upcoming year – very helpful for any upcoming investments.

The only disappointing feature about the blog is that it’s updated weekly instead of daily, because the content really is that compelling and relevant to real estate investors.  Overall, Lender411 gives the Norada Real Estate Investing Blog 5/5 stars for informational value, entertainment value and relevance.  If you’re even thinking about making a real estate investment, check out this blog – it’ll become your one-stop shop for all information relating to investing in real estate.
