Although we did see a slight drop in rates today, it wasn’t much of an impact in the grand scheme of things; mortgage rates are flat this week, and not much high than last weeks rates. These rate drops will mostly be seen on the borrower end, as a few dollars savings in upfront fees.  ...

Home prices continue to rise steadily across the country. According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices "Home prices continue to rack up gains two to three times greater than the inflation rate,".
