Mortgage rates continue to edge higher. Today rates hit the highest levels since the end of May. Although the moves today are not vastly alarming, in perspective this uptrend is significant because the type of flat, narrow ranges, like we’ve seen today, have the potential to carry a bit of extra movement than what is seen, compared to other rate jumps.
