The Case Shiller Price Index rose 13.2% year-over-year in January, a bit lower than the 13.3% expected. Equifax reports that first mortgages were up 2.8% from one year ago, marking the largest gain since September 2008.
Wednesday is slower with Durable Goods, but Thursday will see Initial Jobless Claims as well as the final reading of the Q4 GDP.
Recap: Existing Home Sales in February - 4.60 mln - were the lowest since July 2012. They haven't budged much from the last month's reading of 4.62 for January, however.
