Will interest rates go down tomorrow? Mortgage professionals predict lower rates tomorrow, according to our Live Poll. Weak economic data, such as Yesterday's Consumer Confidence Report, will improve market conditions. Best-execution interest rates dropped to 2-month lows today. Weak data intrigues investors as it implies the Feds will not take action on tapering off mortgage bonds. The 10-year Bond is down by 1.47% at 2.614. 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) rates declined by .05% to 4.34%. The 52-week high is 4.85%.

15-year FRM rates lowered by .05% to 3.45%. The 52-week high is 3.90%.

FHA 30-year FRM rates declined by .05% at 4.05%. The 52-week high is 4.60%.

Non-conforming conventional rates decreased by .01% to 4.37%. The 52-week high is 4.79%.

Adjustable-rate mortgage 5/1 year (ARM) increased by .01% to 3.11%. The 52-week high is 3.37%.
