Are mortgage rates going up tomorrow? Market rates are forecasted to rise tomorrow as they have today. According to our poll as of 11:05 A.M. ET, mortgage experts predict an increase in mortgage rates. Today the market staggered back up to Monday’s highs. Tension between Syria and the U.S. incidentally affects market rates, however economic instability remains more influential. The anticipation for the Fed's September decision continues to invite inconsistent speculation and fluctuation in market rates.

Displaying rates for Mortgage Refinance in CA for $200,000

30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) rates rose by 0.07% to 4.60%. The 52-week high remains at 4.67%.

15-year FRM rates increased by .04% to 3.70%. This 52-week high is 3.85%.

FHA 30-year FRM rates leaped to 4.29% by .04%. The 52-week high is 4.56%.

Nonconforming conventional rates rose by .04% to 4.59%. The 52-week high is 4.78%.

Adjustable-rate mortgage 5/1 year (ARM) remained stable at 3.25%. The 52-week high is 3.37%.
