Mortgage rates crept higher after today’s Jackson Hole Symposium delivery. Fed Chair, Jerome Powell didn't leave much to worry over as most of his comments were more rate-friendly. The Fed cited reasons for the recent rate hikes and the slow-down with bond buying that were not really concerning, yet more so conformation of the movement we have been seeing in the market to-date.
