Tomorrow is the Fed Minutes release and mortgage rates remain, for the most part, unchanged. Don't plan on seeing much change in the way of Mortgage rates after the meeting minutes are released tomorrow through - there are no new policy's being announced, rate or bond changes...just a detailed account of the most recent Fed meeting, which was three weeks ago. Loan Originators are still favor locking in rates.
