Today's mortgage rates demonstrated increased market stability, either leveling off or climbing slightly. The 30 year Fixed Rate Mortgage Best Execution rate is now 4.37%, raising the 30 year FRM rate nearer to the 52-week high. Mortgage rates are not predicted to return to the record lows achieved during the first quarter of 2013.

The 30 year fixed rate mortgage best execution rate is 4.37%, a shift of 0.02% from yesterday's rate of 4.35%. Rates remain lower than the recent 52-week high of 4.59%.

The 15 year fixed rate mortgage best execution rate is at 3.58%, an increase of 0.01% from yesterday's rate of 3.57%.

The FHA 30 year fixed rate mortgage best execution rate climbed to 4.21%, remaining lower than the 52-week high of 4.38%.

The Jumbo 30 year fixed rate mortgage best execution rate is at 4.39%, above yesterday's mark of 4.37%. The 52 week high is fixed at 4.62%.

The 5/1 year Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) best execution rates fell to 3.01%, situating the 5/1 year ARM slightly farther from the 52-week high of 3.10%.
