This last 10 days has been the most bizarre, erratic time for the market and mortgage rates ever. 

Mortgage rates have consecutively hit newer and lower all-time lows every day this week. Due to the level of uncertainty in the market right now, some lenders are still offering 30 year fixed as high as 3.5%, for top qualifiers.
