7-year highs, back down to 2-month lows - mortgage rates are decreasing furiously! Although todays numbers did not improve for the average lender, rates did manage to hold steady between the gap in mortgage rates between 10/2 and 10/3, bringing them back down to the 2-month low. This movement makes us hopeful that Markets are giving much consideration in the way of a broader correction to the mortgage rates (rates going down).
