Mortgage rates are back down to the long-term lows that began late Q3 2019. Believe it or not, similarly to 2003 with SARS outbreak in China, the new coronavirus has had an impact on the market, stocks and bonds.

Rates are now close to the bottom of the range...not much room for improvement and highly unlikely to break lower.
