New home buyers remain optimistic that now is the best time to buy. This news comes from NAR, National Association of Realtors, 3rd QTR Housing Opportunities and Market Experience survey. 

NAR surveyed a random sample of 900 U.S. households each month by phone during Q-3, 2019. The compiled data resulted in 2,705 household responses.
