Mortgage rates are significantly lower today, even lower than Thursday, concluding Wednesdays Fed’s rate cut news. Mostly the FED rate cut is not an indicator that mortgage rates will drop. However, rates have been consistently on the decline since Wednesday’s .25bps cut.
