Home prices continue to rise steadily across the country. According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices "Home prices continue to rack up gains two to three times greater than the inflation rate,". Average home prices for those areas covered by 20-City Composite and 10-City Composite, are back to their winter 2007 levels.
