Mortgage Rates 07-17-17

It is the middle of summer, the middle of the month and the economic calendar in the US is light. These are all reason for traders to wait until there is a more compelling reason to tune in. 

The only impact we may see is the ECB, though it is highly unlikely they will be making any formal announcements.
