Mortgage rates had a significant drop today, offering new long term lows. The data reported in today's econ reports was weak, which leads to low rates. Friday's jobs report will have an even heavier impact this week. Markets close early today, ahead of the July 4th Holiday and remain closed through the 4th. Check back Friday to see what rates will do.
