On Wednesday, April 25^th after mortgage rates hit their highest levels in over four years, rates have been consistently sideways for the last couple weeks. Depending on weather we see both Treasuries and MBS push to higher levels will dictate the next major rate movement. Loan Originators suggest locking in a current levels.
