Mortgage rates continue to edge higher this week, closer to rates seen on March 15th. Could the volatility in rates be affecting mortgage application volume? Mortgage Bankers Association reported total mortgage applications dropped 4.3 percent last week, from the previous week. Will we see this trend continue into the Summer? Let us hope not!
