Mortgage rates increased today, and this is probably the smallest of the jumps we will see this week. Be prepared for rates to go up! 

There is an economic report on Wednesday and then two reports Friday, including the big jobs report. These reports have a history of impacting the bond market and the bonds market dictate mortgage rates.
