Last week in rate news, all the major surveys claimed Mortgage Rates were at a 4-year high butdidn't take into account what where some of the worst individual days in February Today rates are now at a 4-year high. Very well qualified borrowers are being quoted extremely high downs, nearing 5%, on 30-year fixed conventional mortgages today.
