The end of month, March, took a beating from mortgage rates; spiking near daily in the last 8 days. Analysts are gearing up for the economic data this week that seems certain to determine what happens next. Both ISM reports, Retail Sales, Durable Goods, ADP, and the big jobs report are all due to be announced this week.
