Tis the beginning of a very hectic week in the market. Today was the first day the government was back open; and reports say that there are over 5 million unopened pieces of mail waiting on staff. Mortgage rates went unchanged today - likely to quickly change after the Fed releases its periodic policy announcements on Wednesday.
